[~tasanuma0829] [~ajisakaa] Reopening this issue since this patch breaks
MapReduce Pipes and causes a race condition due to maps and reducers writing to
the same working directory in MAPREDUCE-7077. The title of this patch is
misleading since it mentions fix of License but makes code changes instead. Can
you edit Jira summary to reflect the exact changes done ?
