Also, just to clarify, this is not intended to be applied in every failure
scenario. I could imagine a "V2" of this feature that would detect if an
application fails due to OOM and re-launches the container with a larger size
only in the scenario. In that way, both scenarios would be covered: not enough
headroom and not enough application memory.
