Description:
when yarn.log-aggregation-enable is false, we can not view containers' logs
even through there are log files of container in the NM in HistoryServer. Web
page is below when clicking logs url.

This patch can jump to containers log url of NM when
yarn.log-aggregation-enable=false

when yarn.log-aggregation-enable is false, we can not view containers' logs

This patch can jump to containers log url of NM when
yarn.log-aggregation-enable=false
