see the other ticket( HADOOP-17461) is resolved. I will take some time to
understand the changes and implement the mentioned points.
Meanwhile, Can you please review the current PR with the context of additional
filesystem support and leave any comments.
I will raise a separate PR for the points that you mentioned with respect to
IOStatisticsContext.
