### Description of PR
Fixes [MAPREDUCE-7550](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAPREDUCE-7550).
This is one documentation-only patch in hadoop-mapreduce-client-core, with
13 text corrections across 9 files:
- Framework deployment documentation: remove the duplicate "is" and correct
"accomodate" to "accommodate" in DistributedCacheDeploy.md.vm and
MapredCommands.md.
- Configuration descriptions: correct two instances of "overriden" to
"overridden" in mapred-default.xml descriptions.
- Aggregation and reducer Javadocs: correct "reduce/combiner phrase" to
"reduce/combiner phase" and add missing sentence spaces in the mapred and
mapreduce APIs.
Configuration names and values, commands, API names, executable code, and
existing end-of-file newline conventions are unchanged. No runtime behavior
changes are included.
### How was this patch tested?
- `git diff --check` passed.
- `xmllint --noout` on mapred-default.xml passed.
- Parsed and compared all non-description property fields in
mapred-default.xml against the base; they are identical.
- Compared every changed file against the base using the exact reviewed text
substitutions and verified that no unrelated bytes changed. Existing
final-newline conventions were preserved.
- Manually reviewed all Java hunks to confirm they only modify Javadoc text.
- Maven builds and unit tests were not run locally. No new functional tests
are needed because this patch only corrects documentation text. Existing build,
Javadoc, and unit-test checks remain applicable.
If `test4tests` reports the absence of modified test files, please review
that item as not applicable to this documentation-only patch. This is not a
request to waive actual build or test failures.
