Hi all, YourKit is a great profiling tool and provides free licence to open source community. But the problem is Hadoop profiling supports a "%s" for the output *file*, while YourKit only supports specifying the output *directoy*. HProf doesn't have the problem. Not sure if other profilers have the same issues.
