I'm also not sure what's the absolutely right way is link both systems 
in 2 directions.
Let's use the OSM-Wiki for this discussion:

Some questions that I have:
Perhaps is one link to one wikipedia language really enough. Or not?
Or should we mark all pure Wikipedia-tags as a bug because we couldn't 
know to what wikipedia it links. The definition that it links to english 
wikipedia is also only one week old and comes from me [1].
What can we do with wikipedia articles that contain more than one 
coordinate? Like e.g. [2]

I don't want to use the OSM IDs in the wikipedia, but if we have the 
Wikipedia-Tags in the OSM-DB we can easily link to this objects. Perhaps 
if could use aa template and the pagename and than use our database 
which is fulfilled with the interwikilinks.
