I have deployed mapnik-bw, mapnik-noicons and parktrans. Although it was still surprisingly close to timing out (with a timeout of currently 25 minutes) I haven't looked yet if there are more bottlenecks in the style, or if that is simply how long it takes for zoom 8 level tiles.
