Yes, <maps> was a bit confusing, especially with modes, so that has been
removed. We now have <mapframe> and <maplink>. There is no more mode
attribute, so that's being ignored. The "interactive" vs "static" will be
decided automatically by the client's speed and other factors - this is
still a work in progress.
