Hi Jeff, hi all,

Since my announcement on mapserver-dev last week, and without any raised issue 
regarding RC1, I too think it is safe to release 1.12.



I don't remember if a voting process should take place. Anyway, here is my +1.

I haven't heard of any negative feedback on RC1, I would motion that we 
proceed with the full release.
