Not totally sure to understand what you mean... This doesn't change any
labelling by itself, so yes you can specify an ANGLE
2. (as I'm looking through this code at the moment) - will it be possible to
apply an SLD to the layer with a TextSymbolizer to modify labels?
Yes, I just tested it successfully
