Hi Tamas, just answering on that one:
3. WFS 2.0.0 is not supported entirely.
From my memories, the OGC CITE tests passed when WFS 2.0 was implemented Some optional conformance classes might not have been implemented, but I believe the support for 2.0 should be pretty complete and hopefully solid.
