Do the missing features fall outside of the extent defined in the map file? If they are not within the exent, they won't be returned by an item query (at least that is the way that it worked some time ago...)

Id Category Name 0 Residence/Hall Karma Hall 0 Residence/Hall Terry Hall Above is an extract of my dbf file... Mapserver finds the first record but does not find the 2nd record. And that's generally how it is with my dbf file. It'll find a record here and then not find a couple that follow after, then it's able to find records that follow after.
