I have a map where I pass in the information about a point via the URL. I am using mapserver version 5.2 on a Windows Server 2000. In some cases the point just does not appear. For example, the map extents of -78.9043321338311+35.0222546417047+-78.8914558661689+35.0367113582953 will not show a point at -78.897894, 35.029483 and yet a map extents of -78.9041121338311+35.0222546417047+-78.8912358661689+35.0367113582953 will show the point of -78.897674, 35.029483, less than 300 linear feet away.
