Remove the hidden form parameter for map_web_imagepath in your
hello.html, it is redundant since the value is already set in your .map
file.
The reason for the error is that the syntax to set mapfile parameters
via the URL has changed in MapServer 5.0 and using "map_web_imagepath"
is no longer supported.
