I don't think you need the "/" after every where you have "tfc"
Below is my alias file:
#This is the Apache config file for Nira Map.
Alias /awa_map "/ms4w/apps/awa_map/htdocs"
<Directory "/ms4w/apps/awa_map/htdocs">
AllowOverride None
Options Indexes MultiViews
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
Also, you need to have an index.html file located in your tfc directory to
initialize mapserver.
