In the LAYER mapfile reference (http://mapserver.org/mapfile/layer.html), new headline Label directives: PROCESSING "LABEL_NO_CLIP=True" In the Raster Data, Special Processing Directives (http://mapserver.org/input/raster.html#special-processing-directives) PROCESSING "OVERSAMPLE_RATIO=[int]" Both are quite handy, and information about usage should be easy accessible in the documentation.
