I figured out the following as a solution: CONNECTIONTYPE oraclespatial CONNECTION "user/password@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST= IPaddress)(PORT= port)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=sid)))" > have connected to a database, right? So the next question is did you connect > to the right > database and as the right user?
