I have to set environment PATH and PROJ_LIB.
I already add “C:\ms4w\Apache\cgi-bin” in environment path, what and how
do I add another ??
You must execute the file /ms4w/setenv.bat to set the necessary paths
for the MS4W commandline tools. If you have any questions, feel free to
inquire on the ms4w-users mailing list.
