Zizu,I don't know the configration of FGS, but it seems a misconfiguration of the IMAGEPATH and/or IMAGEURL in the .map file.
Look in the WEB section of .map file. http://mapserver.org/mapfile/web.html?highlight=IMAGEPATH%20IMAGEURL bye .................pg
