Thanks for your answer Jukka. I did always use "VERSION=1.3.0" in my WMS request and encountered no problem with it until now.
But I've read this and I got scared : http://mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-30.html#coordinate-systems-and-axis-orientation Though I've tried to enter bbox parameter with lat/lon or lon/lat formats, it didn't change anything. Update : I got a correct map using shp2img.
