I don´t think its related to security settings... I can run the CGI on 5.2 ... And as well with fastcgi on 5.4 ... Anyway I gave all permission to all user in mapserver directory and app directory... Nothing changes...
Anyone test that with Postgis layer? I´m trying to get a shapefile to test ...
