I forgot this information :The mapserver fcgi process keep running unless we ask him something wrong (so if we ask him a mapfile which does not exists of if a .map has an invalid argument, the process will die, but invoking a bad mapfile (an error in a path) is so common that the process must not close only because of this kind of error !)
