What we have done is set up a Python script in cgi-bin that takes the image 
generated by Mapserver and uses ReportLab ( http://www.reportlab.org/index.html 
) to create a PDF.

And you can use FPDF or UPDF for a further PDF file creation. Take notice of
font issue.

excellent exam.
