I got it working! The solution was to re-run the ogr2ogr command like this: ogr2ogr -t_srs EPSG:26719 -f "ESRI Shapefile" temp rrnh.e00 My question is... if tools like ogrinfo can read all the projection data out of the file, why can't mapserver do this on the fly? Or is it just the case where we don't want to have to do all the work every time for performance reasons?
