Thank you for your help Alex and Bob. I realized that the ms4w folder
was not in the root directory. Once I moved it, I was able to view
the example.

terminal window is it being listed? I am assuming that this can be

usr" so
I added the tutorial files in that folder, but again no solution.
What am I
