Can you post the text of your mapfile and the URL call that you are using to request a map? That would make it a lot easier for people to help you.

So a change epsg:27572 by epsg:4326 and i saw my map in both software but they 're not in the right place on earth how is made the BBox by mapServer is it from the extent in map file ?
