Correct, glad you solved it!
Just as a side note, if you are an MS4W user on the windows platform,
you might not have noticed that it contains the environment variable
"PROJ_LIB" (which specifies the location of the epsg file) set in
Apache's httpd.conf. In any case that may be the answer to one of your
earlier questions.
