Update.
Am i doing something wrong here?
There is the same problem when i use the ms4w-windows-mapserver (5.6.6)
It also complains about
CURLOPT_PROXYAUTH not supported. Requires Curl 7.10.7 and up
Maybe there is something amiss in the mapefile.
