MXD2map 0.9 is released.
The development team is proud of the first release of this project!
MXD2map is a converter for generating UMN MapServer mapfiles based on
ESRI ArcGIS MXD-files.
This offers the possibility of making maps in the usual manner using
ArcGIS and generate UMN MapServer mapfiles with 'one click'. UMN
MapServer-based WMS- and WFS-services were never created that easy!
The Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency in Hamburg (BSH), Germany,
supported the work on MXD2map.
MXD2map is Free and Opensource. It is licenced under the GNU Lesser
General Public Licence (GNU LGPL).
A Windows-installer and the Sourcecode can be downloaded from the
official website.
