I have a couple concerns, First I don't know how to set up seemliness. Second, I am using windows (ms4w) so I don't know if that would have an impact on how or if I can set up seemliness. Did you set your seemliness up in the Linux OS, or under the Apache configuration? MapCache creates a directory structure in the filesystem for every tileset like <base>/<tileset>/<grid>/<zoom_level>. You can also create it by hand (watch for correct access rights) and then symlink directories from the second tileset to the first.
