Hello, I am looking for a mobile web editing application that uses either MapServer or GeoServer. Particularly I am looking for the following: *The application must work on Tablets. If it works on phones that would be good as well. *I would like to avoid an annual subscription fee. If anything it must be significantly cheaper than ArcGIS Online. *The map should be able to work the GPS on the tablet or phone. *The application should be easy to enter data in. *The application should allow password protection. *The application should be relatively easy to set up.
