Hi, I have always used tinyows.xml configuration file, but in http://mapserver.org/trunk/tinyows/mapfileconfig.html there reads "To indicate where your Mapfile is located, to TinyOWS binary, use the ''TINYOWS_MAPFILE'' environment variable."
