Hello, I installed mapserver 6.4.1 in Ubuntu 14.0.1 using synaptic package manager. I know it is installed on my system. I want to place a copy in my cgi-bin, as follows: /var/www/website/public_html/cgi-bin .... What am I missing? Thanks!
