Yea, if he didnt have apr installed, I'd expect to see "cannot find
header" errors.
So if it found the headers .. why wouldn't the header contain
apr_thread_t? Wrong version maybe?
The mapcache page doesnt say anything about cygwin. They say it
compiles with visual studio though.
