I just installed memcached with apr-utils using yum (centos 6.5) and it appears to be working when I connect via telnet
cat /etc/sysconfig/memcached PORT="11211" USER="memcached" MAXCONN="4096" CACHESIZE="5120" OPTIONS="" I haven't modified the httpd.conf for memcache in any way, should I?
