I try this:
theLayer = clone_map.getLayer(li)
tempValidation = "VALIDATION 'idtpn' '^[a-zA-Z0-9\-_#]+$'
'default_idtpn' '%' END"
theLayer.updatefromstring(tempValidation)
But it return an error:
