Hi,

Kosmo-GIS http://opengis.es/  is an ultimate WFS-T client but it may be that 
the development version which I have is not public yet. It may be that 3.0 RC1 
is good enough.

I like to know if someone have succesfully used tinyows as a wfs-t service with 
qgis client.
Or with other clients wfs-t.
