Bonjour Given the pathname of your path, it seems that your deployment is on Windows. Maybe it is because you omitted the .exe suffix at the end of ‘…cgi-bin/mapserv?...’. Try ‘…cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?...’.
Double-check the map path too. It’s always a good idea to double-check.
