Thank you for your reply. I am using wrapped labels. However the underlying
issue is that two separate tax condo parcels have the same footprint (for
different floors) and therefore use the exact same label position for the tax
parcel. It is my understanding that when POSITION is set to AUTO that
MapServer will first try CC, UC, LC, CL, then CR as possible positions and give
up labeling if none of those positions work. Unfortunately it appears that
MapServer is not trying to use alternate label positions for the second tax
parcel.
In summary I would like to know if MapServer can try to use alternate label
positions for a feature within the same class, and if so how can I tell it to
try different labels?

Hello,
I would like to label several stacked tax parcels that share the exact same
footprint. Each parcel includes the Parcel Number, Owner, and Property
Address. Is there any way to label each of the parcels? Position AUTO is
only displaying one of the labels.
