libpng12-dev \
libjpeg62-dev \
libcurl4-gnutls-dev \
libpcre3-dev \
libpixman-1-dev \
libfcgi-dev \
libgdal1-dev \
libsqlite3-dev \
libtiff4-dev \
libdb4.8-dev \
liblmdb-dev \

is only available from another source

Package libtiff4-dev is not available, but is referred to by another
