And you are correct - fixed in 4.6.
I am not aware of any test cases produced for anything greater then 4.7,
normally someone has to stand up a server for the geotools
community to write tests against. Paul Ramsey did 4.4, 4.5, 4.6 just
before the OSG'05. Having a server up for test cases is the only
way to ensure continual compatibility.
