a client of ours did, basically with people "off the street", see the result on: http://shop.sunrise.ch/sunrise_shoplocator/neapoljs_english.htm what basically turned out, were the very prominent tips on how to use the application (which can be turned off for experienced users), and a prominent legend explaining the content of the map.
