Hello,
Does anyone know a asynchrone (opensource) web-clients that retrieve
gisdata?
I would like to use a client that keeps retrieving data from the area ,
but in which you can also click / pan / zoom in the meantime(with
keeping already loaded vector data).
If i would have to implement it i know it can be done by using the
"google" way of retrieving square's of data. Is there also a way to make
a streaming sollution with mapserver, or should i write my own server
using GDAL directly..(fetch objects around a certain coordinate with
((distance to coordinate) * area) as order for which one to send first)
Any thoughts?
