[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] mapserver with oraclespatial 9i

Hello Everyone,

Does someone has compiled mapserver 4.8.1 with oracle spatial and have the php_mapscript.dll on windows xp? I really need all the files for my work and I don't succeed in compiling it by myself.
