If you've been hanging around on this group since April 7, 2005 waiting for an answer, I must say I'm a bit surprised that you have not noticed that people here do help out.

Your question was a bit different than most. Most questions are about specific things related to things that mapserver can do. Yours was about something that mapserver actually does not do. Thus, I suspect that many people hung back, thinking, "I'll let someone who knows more about routing answer this one". Well, no one answered, and your question was swept along the current of time and forgotten.

Since you never came back with a question about your question, you did not get any results. That happens sometimes.

Here's my answer. No, mapserver does not do routing. If you are interested in an open source routing solution, you might have a look at this blog posting that talks about Geotools and PGDijkstra
