If you've been hanging around on this group since April 7, 2005
waiting for an answer, I must say I'm a bit surprised that you have
not noticed that people here do help out.
Your question was a bit different than most. Most questions are about
specific things related to things that mapserver can do. Yours was
about something that mapserver actually does not do. Thus, I suspect
that many people hung back, thinking, "I'll let someone who knows
more about routing answer this one". Well, no one answered, and your
question was swept along the current of time and forgotten.
Since you never came back with a question about your question, you
did not get any results. That happens sometimes.
I went back to find your question:

Here's my answer. No, mapserver does not do routing. If you are
interested in an open source routing solution, you might have a look
at this blog posting that talks about Geotools and PGDijkstra

Thanks for no replies, I didn't realize this was a private party.
My apologies. I'll unsubscribe myself
