I've Mapserver CGI and AJAX, with HTML. No problem doing it with an SVG
interface, as AJAX work on Javascript
(which you can use in SVG documents). In the past I had an SVG/Ajax
interface and then changed it in HTML/Ajax interface
without changing a single line on server code, and only a few on
Javascirpt. But I didn't Mapserver output in SVG (but JPG).
