[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] World Files

How do i display a raster dataset with a world file?  I have tried to 
use gdaltindex but it seems that it cannot read a world file.  I see 
that world files are mentioned in the MapServer documentation but 
nothing is said about how to display images with them using a MapServer 
mapfile.
