I am not aware of any documentation on how to setup fastcgi mapserver
with IIS. However, there has been at least one other person contact me
about it in the past, so your ownly likely source of help is if someone
who has already done it comes forward to assist. I'm not absolutely
positive anyone has ever *succeeded* in doing it with IIS though.
