Emmanuel,
There is not a version of libmap.dll with *both* SDE and Oracle
available in MS4W as far as I know. The easiest way to get one would
be to acquire the Buildkit, the SDE C SDK and Oracle Client SDK,
tweak the nmake.opt files to match your layout, and recompile
MapServer with MSVC 2003. The buildkit is available at <http://
198.202.74.219/buildkit/>.
